PIN is funded by AICS as part of the “Disability, Education, Employment, Information and Communication Technologies initiative”. Through its collaboration with Bridging the Gap, Portuguese speakers now have access to the 12 training sessions on disability and development held by Bridging the Gap in 2018-2019.
These sessions gradually explore different aspects of the inclusion of persons with disabilities in international cooperation, from the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to more specific topics such as inclusive education, universal access to health, women and girls with disabilities, social protection, etc.
