On 12 November, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Bridging the Gap will hold the online workshop ‘Achieving inclusion of women with disabilities: the experience of Bridging the Gap’ to present the results of the project’s Gender Capitalization Study and share relevant practices worth to be replicated.
On this basis, the workshop aims to discuss concrete ways and opportunities to enhance the consideration and inclusion of women and girls with disabilities in development cooperation.
The specific objectives of the session are:
To present and discuss BtG-II Gender Capitalisation’s findings and recommendations.
To highlight the good practices and strategies emerged from BtG-II’s Gender Capitalisation and worth to replicate.
To present and discuss points for improvement and focus in the (near) future.
To enhance awareness about effective practices for promoting the empowerment of women and girls with disabilities in development cooperation.
